Reservation Terms

1. Request and confirmation

Submitting the online form is a reservation request, not an automatic confirmation. The reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a call, SMS or email from Makai.

2. Changes and cancellation

You may change or cancel your reservation by contacting us on +359 88 8599524 or at makaibeachbar23@gmail.com, ideally in advance.

3. Holding the table for late arrivals

A reserved table is held for up to 15 minutes after the reserved time. With a longer, unannounced delay, the table may be released.

4. Events and larger groups

For events and larger groups special conditions and prior arrangement may apply. Contact us for details.

5. Deposit

No deposit is required for reservations.

6. Complaints

Complaints are accepted on site, by phone +359 88 8599524 or email makaibeachbar23@gmail.com.

7. Personal data

Reservation data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
