2. Data we collect

• Reservation form: name, phone, date, time, number of guests and (optional) message.
• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and message text.
• Technical data: language preference and cookie consent state (see Cookie Policy).

4. Retention period

Reservation and enquiry data are kept for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is required by law.

5. Recipients and processors

• Email and hosting service provider through which we receive and store the requests.
• Google (Google Maps) — only after your consent, when the map on the Contact page is loaded.

6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

When the Google Map is loaded, data (e.g. IP address) may be processed by Google on servers outside the EU, under appropriate GDPR safeguards. This happens only after your consent.

7. Your rights

• access, rectification, erasure;
• restriction of and objection to processing;
• data portability;
• withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

8. Right to complain
